The LPR Power app allows you to access the training programs of record breakers and competition winners. There are programs from 3 coaches with a record of success. More are being added all the time.
In order to access our training programme, you will need to purchase a subscription. If you want to try the app out, you can use it to measure your Last Perfect Rep (LPR) for Squat, Bench and Deadlift. If you create an account, you will be able to view your progress as you get stronger.
